Day 18: Paris To London

Monday, June 10, 2002

After breakfast, we loaded our luggage into the bus for the last time.

I need the luggage of those going to the Imperial. We're from Bellevue. Where can I put my stuff?

Saw the Canadian War Memorial.
We were not allowed into the mined area, but it was okay for the sheep to be there.

Baaa!

After getting videos of everyone, filled out our Contiki surveys.
As we boarded the ferry in Calais, Kyle played this familiar song.

We socialized on the ferry back across the English Channel.

Mike tried to get Stan to believe I had some pictures that Stan would not want published.

At Dover, we had to get off the bus and walk through immigration. Only advantage was another passport stamp.

Hi Derek! Can you walk a little faster? I don't trust those kids. This way guys. How much of a tip are you giving? I'm not sure how much money I have left. This was so much fun. Don't take my seat on the bus. I can't believe it's almost over. What are you doing when we get to London? Hey, Derek's taking a picture.

Toured London on my own until it was time to meet up with everyone for the last time at the London Pub.
When the jukebox played Afroman's Because I Got High, we told Aaron that they're playing his song.

Gave Kyle a group hug at the London Pub.

Yea! Dawg! Oh my God! This is it. Goodbye, Kyle! Thank you so much! Hey, thanks, man.
